Jesus Christ our high priest
We may look different being this intentional about Jesus Christ being Lord over our church but we want to daily welcome His headship into our midst and be purposeful about making The Word the foundation of our ministry. This is God's church and we want to give Him his rightful place of headship over our leadership. We are imperfect servants and will constantly fail in our conscious attempt to lead and obey, but we serve a God who never fails us and gave us His son as the cornerstone to build our lives upon.

TDP Elders
At TDP Elders are tasked before the Lord to shepherd the flock, steward resources, protect the vision and build biblical guardrails for leadership. They are tasked to lead by example and practice servant leadership in every aspect of their ministry. "He must increase, but I must decrease" - John 3:30
TDP Church Staff
AT TDP the Executive Leadership Team and Church Staff manage all day-to-day aspects of church life. Staff members supervise and work to support our ministry volunteer team in order to implement the church vision and mission.
